We were introduced to Lavis Electrical through our builder, and have been extremely impressed with their service. Chris (and Paul who completed the work) were easy to contact, and kept us informed through the entire process. They were happy to discuss the initial quote and tweak this to fit our budget.
On site, they were punctual, polite and kept the site clean and tidy. Any problems that arose were raised with us and discussed in detail, and often fixed on the same day. The quality of the work was to a high standard, with Chris often spending much of his own time researching and suggesting solutions to problems.
As we were communicating with Chris when the team were not on site, occasionally the messages did not quite filter down to those on site, but as soon as we raised any issues they were sorted promptly and came with a swift apology for the oversight. This is really refreshing in this industry, and we would not hesitate to recommend and use Lavis Electrical again.
