An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) can be carried out to ascertain the condition of the existing electrical installation, particularly important for landlords and holiday home owners.

When Lavis Electrical undertake any electrical installations, alterations or additions we will provide you with an Electrical Installation Certificate (EICs) or Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate (MIEWCs) to declare the works are safe.
